Seat maps now live where the vehicle does. An inventory time slot can own the seating layout for its departure, and every trip product selling that departure reads from the same map, so one physical seat is sold once, no matter how many products point at it. You can edit that map directly on the departure: set seat rates, colours and characteristics, block and unblock positions, and close off spots that have no seat at all. Because configuration belongs to the departure, the trip product panel shows the map read-only and links you straight through to the slot that owns it, which means there is no longer a question of which copy is the real one.

All three places you edit seats the base library, trip products and time slots now use the same editor, with the same grid, the same click-shift-drag selection and the same sidebar. Attribute changes gather into a draft and save in one go, while blocking still applies immediately. Prices and availability refresh before the grid redraws, so you never see a stale figure after saving. A correction on a master layout can also be pushed out to the departures copied from it: pick the properties that travel, pricing, characteristics or availability, choose which upcoming trip products and time slots receive them, and see how far each copy has drifted before anything is written. Booked seats are never closed or relabelled, and departures that have already left are left alone.

Occupancy time slots can now carry a name for the occasion they represent, "Liverpool vs Arsenal" or "Sunset sailing", separate from the start time, and that name flows through to booking display names and sales reports. Alongside the calendar, there is a new chronological list view for occupancy, dense and expandable per variant, with your choice of view remembered between sessions.

On the order side, the dates editor now suggests the span your bookings actually cover, naming the earliest and latest lines, with a one-click option to adopt it and an "in sync" badge when your dates already match. Nothing is applied without an explicit save. The public booking flow is faster too: a booking with several seated products loads all of its seat maps in one request rather than one per product, and listing a trip's available products no longer repeats the same capacity question dozens of times, a ten-product trip now costs three queries instead of a hundred and fifty.

Also improved: cancelled orders can be reinstated to Pending or Confirmed, seat surcharges now show correctly on participant lines in the portal and overview PDF, saving seat selections keeps customers on the seats step if something goes wrong instead of losing their choices, and the embedded booking widget loads reliably, including for browsers that block cookies.
