#26.29 - Redesigned Customer Payments Experience

The customer-facing order payments page has been completely redesigned around your travelers' payment journey. When customers visit their order, they'll now see a clear timeline showing exactly where they stand — from initial deposit through final payment to travel dates. A visual progress bar and color-coded milestones (blue when on track, amber when approaching, red when overdue) help customers understand what's needed and when. The payment form itself is clearer too, with dedicated options for paying deposits, full balances, or custom amounts, and customers can now assign payments to specific travelers.
You can now manage deposit deadlines with much more precision. Set a default number of days after booking for deposits to be due at the workspace level, then override it for specific trips as needed. These deadlines appear prominently in your admin dashboard with proximity-based warnings, and customers see them clearly on their confirmation pages. When deposits change after a customer has already paid (which could happen during order recalculation), the system now handles this correctly — no more orders mysteriously falling back to "deposit not met" status after payment.
Your automated emails now carry your brand identity throughout. Action-delivery emails display your workspace logo, use your brand colors for headers and buttons, and include your contact details in the footer. The settings preview now shows exactly what recipients will receive, so you can be confident your brand is represented consistently. Plus, there's a new Test tab for actions that lets you dry-run any automation — see which orders would receive emails based on your conditions without actually sending anything, and preview the exact email content for specific orders.
We've also expanded trigger conditions to be more powerful and easier to understand. You can now trigger actions based on payment status, booking origin, readiness scores, question responses, and label presence. Order status conditions support multiple statuses at once (like "Pending or Confirmed"), and the Has Label condition can match any of several labels. The condition preview now shows actual label names instead of IDs and includes helpful context like score ranges for readiness status. Also improved: the Sales Overview report now breaks down time-slot inventory properly, draft orders are hidden from default views to reduce clutter, and date calculations throughout the system correctly handle calendar days versus nights.
