You can now handle self-service registrations smoothly with the new **Registered** order status. When travelers sign up through your portal, their orders hold capacity and appear in your group view, but stay out of global lists until the first payment lands. This keeps your workspace clean while ensuring seats are properly reserved.

We've renamed group stages to better reflect your actual coordination work. Instead of Lead → Planning → Booked, you'll now see **Lead → Setup → Registration → Finalizing → Travelling**. These stages are coordination labels, not gates — all your tools remain available at every stage. Plus, you can now control when your customer portal goes live with a simple toggle, independent of the group's stage. Need to take the portal offline for updates? Just flip the switch.

Your segmented users now have properly scoped access to Groups and Reports, seeing only what's in their segments. When duplicating orders, you can choose which client the new order belongs to instead of always copying to the original. The participant deletion preview shows exactly what will happen before you confirm — which bookings are affected, price changes, and whether bookings will become empty.

We've also tightened up payment processing. The customer payment page now shows the correct balance when group coverage or promo codes are applied, and per-night product pricing properly counts nights instead of days. Also improved: supplier filtering with saved views, more compact participant lists with inline seat assignments, and proper date handling throughout the system.
