#26.21 - Bookings Get Smarter With Inline Messages

The bookings list now shows you client and supplier messages right where you need them — no more clicking through to see if a booking needs attention. Sky blue icons mark client messages, amber shows supplier notes, and you can preview everything on hover. When you need to edit a message, the new focused modal keeps you in flow with keyboard shortcuts (save with Cmd+Enter, close with Esc).

Your sales overview reports gained powerful new filtering by segments and labels, matching how you already organize your business. The trip orders page learned to surface what needs attention first — orders with the lowest readiness float to the top, and you can see payment progress at a glance with the new fill indicators. Each participant list now maintains consistent positions across bookings, making it easier to track the same person through their entire journey.

Working with participants just got faster too. The new "Save & Next" button lets you edit an entire group without returning to the list between saves. Trips can now configure participant limits per type (adults, children, infants), and numeric fields throughout the system gained optional stepper buttons for quick adjustments. We've also connected the frontend error tracking to your existing logging system, helping us catch and fix issues before they impact your work.

Also improved: Command palette search shortcuts (!o for orders, !t for trips), chip filters on trips and inventory pages with saved views, normalized name exports for reports, stable participant ordering, and dozens of interface refinements that make daily tasks feel more polished.
