It feels like we’re setting the stage for a whole new chapter in how agencies use the platform.

Inventory might sound a little behind-the-scenes, but it’s really the heartbeat of Itsy. Every trip, every product, every trip relies on a rock-solid way to manage what’s available and when. I’ve been working on the first steps toward a refreshed inventory engine, one that will give agencies more flexibility and control over how they present their offerings. It’s a big shift, and one that I know will pay off in day-to-day use.

Alongside the groundwork for the new inventory system, I’ve also been smoothing out a few rough edges across the app. Little tweaks in how lists are displayed and managed make for a cleaner user experience, and I’ve been making sure that some of the smaller details don’t get lost while the big stuff is brewing. These incremental improvements add up, and I love seeing Itsy become more polished with each cycle.

On the technical side, there’s been plenty happening under the hood. Stability improvements and some behind-the-scenes fixes are helping to keep performance snappy and reliable as the platform grows. It’s not the kind of thing you see directly, but it makes every interaction with Itsy smoother and more dependable.
