I’m excited to share my latest bi-weekly update on Itsy’s progress as a solo founder. Over the past two weeks I’ve been focused on finalizing the PDF document generator. Both the order overview and booking attachment templates are now feature-complete, with styling locked down and dynamic fields mapped. I’m running one last round of QA on edge cases and expect to merge this into our next release candidate by early next week.

I also had a very productive one-on-one with one of my power users. They praised Itsy’s intuitive workflow and real-time status indicators, and suggested improvements around more flexible options and clearer in-app guidance for complex orders. Their feedback has given me a clear list of high-impact items to tackle next.

Over the coming fortnight I’ll be focusing on finalizing the delivery of the PDFs to all users and enhancing existing features and options based on client input.
